We are open Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm.

If you need to stop by outside of our regular hours, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange to be here for you.

What is your rental period

Our rental period is 5 business days (not including weekends). Rental period begins on the day of pick up.

We offer a discount on longer rentals.

Do you have parking?

Absolutely! When you arrive, feel free to park on the left-hand side of the lot. You’ll spot a glass roll-up door—that’s us! We’re located inside Ingredient Studios. Looking forward to seeing you!

Do you require insurance

No, we don’t! Click here for our full rental agreement.

What if we break something

We understand that accidents can happen. If an item is damaged or lost, we will handle it as follows:

• Replaceable Items: If the item can be replaced, we will charge only the replacement cost.

• Irreplaceable Items: For items that are one-of-a-kind, handmade, or vintage, and cannot be replaced, a Loss & Damage (L&D) fee will apply. Or, you may be required to purchase a replacement of our choosing.

Given the unique nature of much of our inventory, L&D fees typically start at 20 times the rental price.
