Rental Packages

Studio Only — $500 / 10-hour day
Just need the space? Enjoy full-day access to the studio, kitchen, and shooting area—perfect for shoots who don’t need access to the props and surfaces

Studio + Props & Surfaces — $800 / 10-hour day
The full Three Bird experience. Get access to our curated prop collection, surfaces, and backdrops—everything you need to style your shoot beautifully.

Testing Rate — $500 (includes props & surfaces)
A streamlined option for personal projects, test shoots, or quick creative sessions. Includes access to props and surfaces.

What ARe Your Hours

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

If you need to stop by outside of our regular hours, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange to be here for you.

What is your PROP rental period

Our rental period is 5 business days (not including weekends). Rental period begins on the day of pick up.

We offer a discount on longer rentals.

Do you have parking?

Absolutely! When you arrive, you can park in the loading area or in parking lot behind the metal gate.

What if we break something

We understand that accidents can happen. If an item is damaged or lost, we will handle it as follows:

  • Replaceable Items: If the item can be replaced, we will charge only the replacement cost.

  • Irreplaceable Items: For items that are one-of-a-kind, handmade, or vintage, and cannot be replaced, a Loss & Damage (L&D) fee will apply.
